  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Refund Information

Once we receive and process your return:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Information

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Men’s Swimwear & Women’s Swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Men’s Baselayers & Women’s Baselayers (worn next to skin, unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items
